Booking Conditions
In order to secure your holiday booking, we ask for a minimum booking deposit of $200. The booking deposit is part of your tariff. Your final payment is required at least 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
Booking confirmation is issued upon receipt of the booking deposit.
An additional payment of $300 ("the Bond") is required that is separate to the tariff for any booking. The Bond must be paid before, or in conjunction with the final payment for a booking. The Bond refund may be adjusted for the appropriate deductions or adjustments based upon the report by the housekeeper once the booking is completed
Payments can be made directly into our bank account (via the internet) or by credit card using our PayPal online payment system. Please contact Holiday Houses South West for details on our bank account.
The advertised tariffs exclude linen (bed, bath & kitchen). Please contact Holiday Houses South West if you require linen to be provided as part of your booking.
Generally, the minimum stay for your booking is 2 nights. This does not apply in the following periods:
- 3 nights for long weekends and Leeuwin Concert weekend
- 4 nights on Easter weekend
- 7 nights during the Christmas & New Year Peak season
Our refund policy can be flexible. In general, your booking deposit will be refunded in full provided that you give us at least 4 weeks notice of your cancellation.
Pet Friendly Bookings
Please note that there are no fences (no secure outside area) at our Gnarabup house.
So that your dog can settle in with you, kindly bring your dog's food and water bowls, bedding and a leash.
Please do not allow your dog on any carpeted areas, lounge furniture or beds. We would appreciate your collecting any pet's droppings, sealing them in a plastic bag and disposing of these in a public bin. If you leave the house without your dog during your stay, kindly ensure that your dog is secured and happy as we do not wish to upset our neighbours by its fretting or wandering.
Dog beaches are available. There is one at Gnarabup Beach north of the café and boat ramp area. However the majority of our coastline falls within National Parks, so it is an offence to take dogs into these areas even in the car. On the spot fines can be issued by the Ranger.
Before departing our house at the end of your stay, kindly use the vacuum cleaner to remove any residual dog hair.

Except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy, we will not wilfully disclose any personal information regarding our users without first obtaining their approval, unless required to do so to satisfy a legal obligation.

What information do we collect?
We do not collect any personal information about you (such as your name or email address) from your use of this website, except where you have specifically provided us with that information.
If you specifically and knowingly provide any personal information to us via this website, you consent to Holiday Houses South West using that personal information lawfully at its sole and absolute discretion, including for the purposes of providing promotional and marketing materials by other means. You must obtain the consent of any third person whose personal information you post to this website.

For example, we may disclose the total number of "hits" our sites receive, or how often the average user visits our site, or which terms are most often entered in our site search engine.

Do we keep Email we receive from you?
We receive and reply to email from users on a regular basis. For record-keeping purposes we retain copies of most email sent to us. We do not anticipate that the information in the email we receive or send will be disclosed to any third party without the permission of the sender, either express or implied, unless required or necessary as specified in the previous paragraph.

Our website may contain links to other sites that are not affiliated or associated with, or controlled by Holiday Houses South West.
